The 2023 WA Country Football Carnival Rising Star Award was won by Zac Trigwell from the South West Football League. The Award was presented to Zac by the WAFL Combined Association Secretary John Komorowski on Sunday 9th July 2023. |
2022 LANDMARK WA COUNTRY FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS RISING STAR AWARD
The 2022 WA Country Football Carnival Rising Star Award was won by Bill Corderoy from the Mortlock Football League. With Bill unavailable to accept the award, GarryUnderhill, President of the WAFL Combined Association presented the award to Mortlock League Coach Alan Barry. |
2019 LANDMARK WA COUNTRY FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS RISING STAR AWARD
The 2019 WA Country Football Carnival Rising Star Award was won by Daniel Farmer playing for the Regional All Stars in Division 3.Daniel was selected from the Karratha Kats in the North Pilbara Football League to representthe Regional All Stars. Daniel was presented with his Rising Star Trophy by the President of the WA Country Football League, John Shadbolt. |
2018 LANDMARK WA COUNTRY FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS RISING STAR AWARD
The Award was presented at Claremont Oval at the completion of the Division 3 Grand Final, Sunday 8th July.
This years Award was presented by the Secretary of the Combined Association John Komorowski, and was awarded to Christopher (CJ) Oakley from the Regional Allstars League.
As ChristopherCJ Oakley was unavailable to accept his Rising Star Award, The Award was accepted on behalf of CJ by the Regional Allstars Coach Kane Benson.
Because of his outstanding form playing in Division 3 of the Championships CJ Oakley was also the receipient of Best and Fairest trophy (Jock Beattie Award) as well as being selected in the WA Country Football Championships All Star Team.
2017 LANDMARK WA COUNTRY FOOTBALL CARNIVAL RISING STAR AWARD
The Award was presented at Leederville Oval Oval Sunday 9th July 2017
This years Award was presented by the Senior Vice President of the Combined Association John Rowe, and was awarded to Aidan Clarke from the South West Football League.
Aidan showed exceptional skills representing his league throughout the Carnival in his first season at League level and was a worthy winner of the 2017 Rising Star Award.

The WAFL Combined Past Players and Officials Association Country Championship Rising Star Award for 2012 was won by Jack Martin from the Great Northern Football League. Jack was unable to receive the award in person due to other committments but was congratulated by the Combined Association President, Bob Bright. |

The WAFL Combined Past Players and Officials Association Country Championship Rising Star Award for 2011 was won by Steven Caccetta. Steven represented the Hills Football Association in C Section. As well as the Rising Star , Steven was also awarded the Jack Beattie Trophy for the overall Best and Fairest player in C Section and was selected in the 2011 Landmark Country All-Stars team. Congratulations to Steven Caccetta. |
