John Komorowski was awarded his Life Membership of the WAFL Combined Past Players and Officials Association on 31st May 2017 at a function held in the Placid Ark Lounge at the Annual Race Day event at Belmont Park Racing. The award was presented to John by the Combined Association President Stan Broom in front of 79 guests. |

Award receipient Robert (Bob) Barnes
Robert Barnes was awarded his Life Membership of the WAFL Combined Past Players and Officials Association on 28th May 2014 at the Annual Race Day event at Belmont Park Racing.
The award was presented to Robert by the Combined Association President Rod Hazell in front of 92 guests.

Ray Hill, of the Peel Thunder Football Club Past Players and Officials Association with his Life Membership of the WAFL Combined Association.

Ray was presented with his Award by the President of the WAFL Combined Association Garry Underhill. The Award was presented at the completion of the Combined Association AGM which was held at the Leederville Sporting Club on Sunday 21st February 2021.

His award was acknowledged by 45 Members which also included seven current Life Members of the Combined Association.

The Life Membership receipient for 2022 was Rod Hazell from the Peel Thunder Football Club Past Players and Officials Association.
The Award was presented to Rod by the WAFL Combined Association Secretary and 2016 Life Member John Komorowski.
The Award was presented at the Annual Bernie Hughes Award function held at the Peel Thunder Football Club Function Centre on Sunday 3rd December 2023.
